Customer Project Documentation Planner Intern

Schneider Electric is looking to hire a Customer Project Documentation Planner Intern for Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 in one of our five major hubs!

Job Responsibilities:

• Review content and layout requirements for documentation to ensure compliance or communicate exceptions with requestors.
• Schedule documentation requests based on project managers needs and team capacity.
• Deliver completed documents via SharePoint, customer owned platforms or printed copies.
• Follow standardized processes to assure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
• Strong attention to detail, with an interest in producing accurate and well-organized documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and provide basic status updates.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe PDF tools (training will be provided).
• Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 is helpful; experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
