Financial Aid Clerical - Summer Student Employment

Responsibilities Greet all callers and visitors in a courteous manner. Assist with clerical tasks such as making copies, filing, and scanning documents into Image Now. Become familiar with all financial aid policies, procedures, and general information to assist with telephone and in-person inquiries. Assist students and guests who visit the Financial Aid Office. Maintain an appropriate and professional environment in the reception area of the office. Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate financial aid counselors. Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be a student at Saint Xavier University. Must be Federal Work Study eligible. Must include a resume and cover letter. Student must be dependable, professional, and customer service oriented. Must have the ability to interact with the public in a courteous, business‑like manner at all times, while handling/viewing confidential information. 5–10 hours per week.
