Full-Time | Up to 6% Commission | $200,000+ Earning Potential

Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an  experienced, high-performing Collision Repair Estimator for our  La Mesa, California location.

This is not an entry-level opportunity.

We're looking for a  producer.

Someone who can take an opportunity and turn it into a repair order.

Someone who can sell the job, build the repair plan, manage the file, communicate with the customer, work with the carrier, and keep production moving.

UP TO 6% COMMISSION | $200,000+ EARNING POTENTIAL

Compensation is based on experience, production, performance, and the applicable compensation plan.

WE DON'T NEED AN ORDER TAKER.

We need someone who knows how to  capture business.

You should be comfortable:

• Turning estimates into scheduled repairs
• Selling the customer on why they should repair with your shop
• Building trust quickly
• Performing complete damage analysis
• Writing accurate, profitable repair plans
• Blueprinting repairs before production
• Identifying hidden damage
• Managing supplements aggressively and accurately
• Working directly with insurance companies and adjusters
• Understanding DRP expectations and requirements
• Communicating with technicians, parts, paint, and production
• Managing multiple active repairs without losing control of your files
• Identifying bottlenecks before they affect delivery
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair
• Protecting gross profit
• Driving cycle time
• Maintaining strong closing ratios
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience

You don't just write estimates. You drive revenue.

You should know:

Your closing ratio.

Your sales.

Your gross profit.

Your supplement activity.

Your cycle time.

Your outstanding files.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We're looking for candidates with professional collision repair estimating experience and a strong understanding of:

• Collision damage analysis
• Complete repair planning
• Blueprinting
• Customer sales and closing
• Insurance negotiations
• Supplements
• DRP procedures
• OEM repair procedures
• CCC ONE or comparable estimating software
• Gross profit and repair economics
• High-volume file management
• Production and cycle-time management

Progressive claims experience is a plus.

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are preferred.

A valid driver's license is preferred.

Our La Mesa location serves customers throughout  La Mesa, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, Santee, San Diego, College Area, and surrounding East County communities.

With access to major corridors including  I-8, SR-125, SR-94, and the greater San Diego freeway network , this is a market with significant collision repair opportunity.
