Overnight Service Technician

Field Technician This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Work outdoors using hand tools in a variety of environments. Leverage on‑the‑job training, career self‑progression, and the Broadband Apprenticeship Program. Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary. Fluent in English. Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and hand tools. Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility, and reliability. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Physical ability to walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment; safely use weight‑bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs); lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders up to 32 feet; work in confined spaces and at heights; operate a company vehicle in changing environments; work outdoors for extended periods in any season. Career Path Progression from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV with 10% increases per level and bonus payments for completing coursework. Potential to move into other roles, including leadership positions and earning industry‑recognized certifications.
