Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We are a growing psychiatric practice specializing in ketamine (IV/IM/Oral), Spravato® (esketamine) and TMS treatment in a healing environment, incorporating principles of KAP. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, grounded, collaborative, competent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing interventional psychiatric practice full-time. The job includes medication management, overseeing Spravato, and opportunities to work with ketamine. About the Role Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - licensed in PA 8 hrs are flexible. 50-75% of the time spent on Medication management Spravato - working in a team setting to deliver Spravato in a holistic manner Ketamine - Administer IM and/or IV ketamine. Possibility to do nurse supported ketamine sessions, and ketamine-assisted therapy We're a small, hands-on team. Everyone pitches in outside their core role when needed. Qualifications Experience with ketamine, Spravato, or interventional psychiatry is a bonus, not required IV Administration experience is also a bonus Active PMHNP-BC board certificationCurrent, unrestricted PA CRNP/APN license with prescriptive authority Active DEA registration Comfortable working within a required EHR system (Charm) for documentation and billing compliance 2+ years experience in outpatient psychiatry or med management Experience treating anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, and ADHD. Experience and interest in delivering collaborative patient care.
