The Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Banquet Manager to join our vibrant team and play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. As an integral part of the leadership team, you will drive excellence in service, operations, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in high-volume environments (200-300 covers), has a passion for events and banquets, and understands the nuances of both restaurant and hotel food & beverage service. What we will ask of you: Lead Daily Operations - Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience across the restaurant, banquets, and room service. Mentor & Develop the Team - Cultivate a positive work culture, inspire excellence, and provide ongoing training and growth opportunities for staff. Drive Guest Experience - Maintain service standards that exceed expectations, creating memorable moments for every guest. Financial & P&L Management - Support the Restaurant General Manager in budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue goals. Community Engagement - Partner with local farmers, vendors, and businesses to source high-quality, sustainable ingredients and build meaningful community relationships. Problem-Solving & Communication - Proactively address challenges and maintain clear, effective communication across all teams. Requirements for Success: 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in an upscale environment. Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals. Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and community partners. Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
