Management Trainee

Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Conduct initial interviews to assess client needs and clearly explain available insurance policy options. Perform field underwriting with integrity. Ensure all medical and necessary forms are completed and submitted. Arrange payment methods with applicants. Follow up on client claims and process insurance policy requests. Maintain regular follow-up with clients for ongoing support. Support and establish team members to meet agreed KPIs. Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions. Recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines and training. Maintain a competitive, fun, and inclusive work environment. Availability to start within six weeks. Previous leadership experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Commission-based compensation, highly customizable and discussed with the onboarding manager.
