Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications A current Michigan LPN license and CPR‑BLS certification. Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher. High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care. Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering innovative care.
