Essential Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction that meets the diverse needs of learners. Create a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and a love of learning. Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records. Differentiate instruction and implement appropriate interventions to support student success. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom expectations. Collaborate with administrators, colleagues, and support staff to enhance student learning. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school events, and assigned supervisory duties. Integrate Catholic values into daily instruction and serve as a positive Christian role model. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
