Join a fast-paced production team assembling wire harnesses using schematics, blueprints, and hand tools. This role involves routing, connecting, and inspecting wires while ensuring quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and braid wire harnesses using diagrams and schematics.
• Connect wires and cables to connectors.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Assembly or wiring experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and color-coded schematics.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
