Job Title Registered Nurse at East Lake RN Schedule 12 Hour Nights / 8 Hour Evenings. Compensation On‑site bonus: $10,000. Hourly rate: $41–$46. As a Registered Nurse you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficient medication management skills. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
