The Business Office Assistant at Hearthstone:
- Keeps & maintains community contracts.
- Responsible for mailing invoices at each months end.
- Handles data collection & processing of accounts payable invoices.
- Receives and prepares daily cash deposits manages the petty cash flow for all community locations.
- Schedules & maintains calendars and reservations for guest rooms & social rooms on location.
- Distributes mail daily internal & external for all community locations.
- Assists visitors/residents with requests & concerns and redirects to appropriate person as needed.
