Dental Office Assistant Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Office Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced dental office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a positive, welcoming attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
Verify insurance and assist with basic billing questions
Maintain accurate patient records
Support the front office and clinical team as needed
Help keep the office clean, organized, and running smoothly

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic computer skills required
Dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required
