The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage staffing, recruitment, and benefits coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will work with hiring managers, maintain applicant records in the ATS, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
