Documentation Analyst Senior (Information Mapping)

Documentation Analyst Senior (Information Mapping) Hybrid: requires 1–2 days in-office per week with flexibility for remote work. Alternate locations may be considered if within commuting distance of the office. This position is located in Denver, CO. How You Will Make an Impact Research, extrapolate, compile and validate data on flows, systems, coding, and testing problems. Make recommendations for process changes and work with management to obtain sign‑off and implement. Develop and update flows and end‑user documentation based on research and system changes. Facilitate issue meetings and assist in managing the intranet site by uploading procedures and maintaining a daily bulletin. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3–5 years of related experience, at least 2 years in documentation. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences Learning and Development and/or Training/Development experience. BA/BS degree preferred. Information Mapping (certification) experience. Process Mapping experience. Performance Support experience. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $62,040 to $93,060. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility).
