Senior Benefits & Employment Law Counsel
GEICO
GEICO is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its in-house Employment Law department as Counsel, Employee Benefits & Employment Law. The attorney will advise internal stakeholders on employee benefits issues (retirement plans, health and welfare benefits) and ensure compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, ACA, and applicable regulations. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. The role includes supporting the broader Employment Law team and providing guidance on a #J-18808-Ljbffr
