Compliance Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-established logistics company in Joliet, IL to hire a Compliance Specialist. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with documentation, ensuring accuracy, and supporting important compliance processes in a fast-paced logistics environment.


As the Compliance Specialist, you will help process driver applications and maintain accurate driver documentation , playing an important role in ensuring information is complete, organized, and up to date.



Responsibilities

• Assist with processing driver applications and compliance documentation
  
  
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
  
  
• Scan, organize, and maintain driver records
  
  
• Complete data entry and update information as needed
  
  
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  
  
• Communicate with internal teams regarding documentation and application needs
  
  
• Assist with additional compliance and administrative projects

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, compliance, or logistics experience preferred
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  
  
• Ability to work independently and think critically
  
  
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities

This is a 3+ month contract position paying $19.50/hour , with the potential to transition into a direct-hire opportunity.
