Title: Data Entry Specialist/Scheduler

Pay Rate: $18/HR

Location: Las Vegas, NV (on site)

Duration: 6 months

• Possibility for extension or conversion

Hours: M-F 6:00am start time

• OT as needed

Job Description

The Scheduler Coordinator is responsible for supporting the scheduling and dispatch of field service technicians. This role pulls reports and documentation from systems such as Oracle, ServiceMax, and other databases, maintains scheduling records, and updates tracking spreadsheets to ensure service calls are coordinated efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while communicating professionally with internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or administrative support
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and experience using other Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, etc.)
• Must be professional, prompt, and punctual over the phone and on virtual calls
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to retrieve and manage data from multiple systems and databases
• Experience updating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets and records
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities within a fast paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Oracle, ServiceMax, or similar systems
• Previous field service or technician scheduling experience
• Experience supporting operations, logistics, or service teams
• Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• NV Gaming License
