Technical Support Specialist (Durham/Raleigh North Carolina) Full Time. Last day to apply. As a Technical Support Specialist you will provide clinical training and ongoing support for CareFusion products. You will work independently, gather user feedback, and act as liaison among customers, sales, service, and manufacturing. Responsibilities Provide clinical training to customers on all CareFusion products within scope of practice, covering product operations, maintenance, and safety guidelines. Conduct product installation and training at customer sites. Assist with new product evaluations and trials. Communicate customer complaints and issues to appropriate internal departments. Gather data and feedback from end-users regarding product performance and quality issues. Prepare reports detailing feedback received from customers. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of problems/issues. Work closely with customer success and field service to meet customer needs. Maintain current knowledge of products, features, and competitive advantages. Optimize training resources (CRM system, web‑based training programs) to ensure proficiency in all training aspects. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum of three years of call center experience. Desired Skills and Experience Experience working directly with customers and health care professionals. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite. Workplace Policy BD requires a minimum of four days of in‑office presence per week for most roles to foster collaboration.
