Job Description

Marathon Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing team in Salisbury, NC. If you have CNC experience and take pride in quality work, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Salisbury, NC

MUST HAVE CNC MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE!!

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Overtime: Available

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (with potential increases based on experience)
Opportunity: Temp-to-hire

What you’ll do:

Follow the production schedule to meet demand
Set up machines according to established specifications
Load and unload materials
Adjust equipment to maintain quality standards
Clean the production area and assigned equipment
Notify a supervisor of any issues
Complete assigned tasks and projects
Support safety and compliance with company procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

MUST have CNC Machine Operator experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation (position is in Salisbury, NC)
