Recruiter

Recruiter (2-4 Years Experience) Carle Place, NY | Hybrid Schedule Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance Support hiring initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Administrative, Finance & Accounting, and Healthcare positions Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting databases Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate qualifications against client requirements Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers Develop strong relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted career advisor Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Meet recruiting performance metrics including candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and client satisfaction Collaborate with recruiting leadership to improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and team performance Contribute to the growth and development of the recruiting organization Qualifications Required 2-4 years of recruiting experience Experience working in a staffing agency, search firm, or high-volume recruiting environment Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency Preferred Experience recruiting within healthcare, information technology, engineering, finance, operations, or professional services Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ClearanceJobs, or similar sourcing platforms Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Crelate preferred) Track record of achieving recruiting goals and performance metrics What We Offer Competitive compensation Performance-based incentives Hybrid work schedule Flexible work environment Career advancement opportunities Direct exposure to executive leadership Opportunity to help shape and build a growing recruiting organization Collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture Access to a diverse portfolio of clients and industries #J-18808-Ljbffr Judit Inc
