Supervisor Maintenance E&I

Basic FunctionHF Sinclair Refinery, located in El Dorado, KS, is looking for a Supervisor Maintenance E&I. The successful candidate's primary duties will oversee certain functions and activities of the Maintenance Department, supervising and coordinating technical resources to support area maintenance department; providing leadership and human resource management; resolving problems and issues as they arise; overseeing safety performance, maintenance/reliability of unit, clerical responsibilities, and cost control with minimal supervision. May be responsible for oversight of up to 50 contract employees.Work ConditionsField based with up to 5% travel by land and air required. Petroleum refinery, warehouse/plant environment, out-of-doors environment, and driver environment, including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, rotating equipment, and working in confined spaces. Required to respond to plant related emergencies and be available after hours during critical business situations depending on location.
