As a full time Float Family MedicineNurse Practitioner in West Phoenix, AZ., the NP will play a dynamic role within ourhealthcare team, providing versatile and comprehensive primary care services topatients across various settings. Your responsibilities will include deliveringpatient-centered care, conducting assessments, and collaborating withhealthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursingwith Family Nurse Practitioner focus.
- Certification as a Family NursePractitioner.
- Current Arizona state licensure andDEA certification.
- Experience in family medicine orprimary care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to adapt to different clinicalenvironments.
