Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our Garden Center Team. As a team member, you will play a vital role in assisting customers, maintaining our plant inventory and creating a welcoming environment for all garden enthusiasts. Responsibilities Operate our Point of Sale program and process transactions accurately. Maintain a neat and organized display of plants and garden products. Assist customers with plant selection, gardening advice and landscaping ideas. Care for plants to ensure their health and appeal. Collaborate with the team to ensure the overall cleanliness and attractiveness of the garden center. Qualifications Passion for plants, gardening and outdoor living. Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items. Previous retail or gardening experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers. Competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour, depending on experience. PTO Benefits 25% Employee discounts on garden center products.
