Responsibilities: • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. • Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. Qualifications: • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Experience in the food service industry. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
