Litigation Associate

Role Description This is a full-time for an experienced Litigation Associate, with preferably three (3) to five (5) years experience based in the Greater Chicago Area. The role involves drafting legal motions, conducting legal research, participating in depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The Litigation Associate will work closely with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to support client needs and achieve favorable outcomes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, including an active license to practice law in Illinois Proven experience with drafting and filing legal Motions Proficiency in conducting thorough and effective legal Research Experience in Depositions, including preparation and conducting interviews or examinations Familiarity with courtroom proceedings and practical skills for navigating legal cases in Courts Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a legal team and interface professionally with clients Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Competitive salary and benefits package including health, dental & vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off and paid parental leave Opportunities for professional growth and development.
