A Mitigation Technician at Paul Davis is a hands-on restoration professional who responds to homes and businesses after disasters such as floods, fires, storms, mold contamination, and other property damage events.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform emergency mitigation services, including: 
  • Water extraction and drying
  • Fire and smoke damage cleanup
  • Board-up and roof tarping services
  • Mold remediation
• Help prevent further property damage and begin the restoration process.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations, including nights and weekends.
• Assist with warehouse and facility tasks as needed.
• Support teammates and step into leadership roles when opportunities arise.

Physical and Schedule Requirements
