Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nationwide Travel Primary Care Attending Physician to join our team. As a Nationwide Travel Primary Care Attending Physician, you will provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings as well as provide comprehensive primary care services via telehealth to a diverse patient population. Additionally, you will assume quality management responsibilities to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. Travel Requirements Nationwide travel required up to 100% of the time Must be willing and able to travel throughout the United States based on facility and patient care needs Frequent out-of-state travel to partner skilled nursing and long-term care facilities nationwide Flexibility to travel on short notice and work in multiple states as needed Weekly travel assignments may vary by region across the country Responsibilities Travel to long-term care facilities to provide in-person care Provide high-quality telehealth primary care services to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines Conduct virtual assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs Manage chronic diseases and acute conditions through telemedicine platforms Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with documentation standards. Assist with quality management (QM) initiatives, including compliance audits, clinical evaluations, and outcome tracking Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and clinical protocols Provide guidance and support to healthcare team members regarding best practices and performance improvement initiatives Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Extensive experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility settings Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long-term care Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance patient care and facility operations Experience in telehealth or virtual care settings (preferred but not required) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient engagement skills Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth technology Benefits Competitive salary per annum: $275,000 - $325,000 Health, Vision, and 401(k) Company-sponsored life insurance, malpractice insurance, and paid subscription to UpToDate Travel reimbursement, per diem for eligible travel assignments, paid time off Equal Opportunity Employer Infinite Medical P.C is an equal‑opportunity employer.
