Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. As a vital part of our healthcare staff, you will provide specialized care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Your role will include developing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and administering medications as necessary to maximize recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and actively monitor patients' health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and document changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health management and rehabilitation goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Ability to work with patients aged 16 and older.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
