The Radiology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is seeking enthusiastic applicants for full-time positions in the Breast Imaging Radiology Division. The successful candidate will join our department of more than 80 faculty who serve the Medical Center's main campus and a network of community hospitals and outpatient locations. As a member of Breast Imaging, the candidate will focus their at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham and our BIDMC Medical Office in Lexington, MA. Candidates will perform a wide range of breast imaging studies and procedures including screening, diagnostic exams, ultrasound, MRI and needle localization, and biopsy. Positions available for weekday coverage only; no evenings or weekends are required. Highly competitive compensation package and benefits.
Job Requirements:
Board-eligible or board-certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Fellowship training in breast imaging is required
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communications skills a must
As a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, BIDMC and the Department of Radiology, provide a clinically advanced and supportive academic environment for residents, fellows, and faculty. We're also proud and excited to be an integral part of the landmark collaboration among Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI), Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) to establish New England's only freestanding adult inpatient cancer hospital. The collaboration will provide unparalleled opportunities for mammography and other physician specialties to be part of DFCI's internationally recognized cancer team. This position will be a future primary liaison with the Breast Oncology multi-specialist team at DFCI, once the BIDMC-DFCI collaboration is complete.

Pay Range: $460,000 - $520,000
