PARTS SPECIALIST
MCM Truck Repair continues to grow and we are seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join our successful team. As a Parts Specialist you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Must have computer proficiency.
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
Maintaining relationships with established customers and building relationships with potential customers.
Determining customers parts needs through use of catalog, computer programs and parts knowledge.
Maintaining knowledge of products, services and parts.
Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts and updating parts records.
Locating available parts for Mechanics.
Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping.
