AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Overview Your role: As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and to represent our company values with your authentic self. Responsibilities Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friendly, team-first mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy. Collaborate with the team to get the job done. Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people.
