Job Summary:
The location is in New Braunfels, Texas. The position is for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves providing direct clinical care to patients, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, safe nursing practices within the unit.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license, current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), 0 years of professional experience, and experience in a Labor and Delivery department.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with All-Scripts electronic medical records system.
• Additional Information: The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and resource management related to patient care.
