Job Description

Join our dynamic team to set up and operate custom Haas CNC plastic injection mold machines. Your primary role will involve cutting long tubes of plastic into small rings, ensuring high-quality output by performing precision quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate custom Haas CNC plastic injection mold machines.
• Perform quality checks using digital gauges.
• Change out fixtures as needed.
• Operate Mazak lathe for specific roles.
• Take on team lead responsibilities for specific positions.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience with CNC operation or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable performing quality checks with digital gauges, mics, and calipers.
• Experience with Haas CNC setup and injection molding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in inspection and manufacturing.

Work Environment

Enjoy working in a clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit facility with newer machines. The position is based on a 3rd shift schedule from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities on many days, including some Saturdays.

This is a Contract position based out of Troy, OH.

The pay range for this position is $19.16 - $19.16/hr.
