This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven accounting leader with significant SEC reporting experience to join a growing organization and play a key role in driving financial excellence, operational effectiveness, and business performance. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director of Accounting will lead the accounting function with a particular focus on financial reporting, SEC compliance, internal controls, and the continued development of a high-performing accounting organization. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the company's financial reporting processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the accounting team. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Lead SEC reporting activities and support public company compliance requirements. Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance. Partner with executive and operational leaders to support business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting and finance processes. Coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance activities. Qualifications Significant experience leading SEC reporting activities, including preparation and review of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other public company filings. Strong understanding of public company compliance requirements and regulatory reporting standards. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA strongly preferred. Progressive accounting leadership experience. Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Excellent communication, business partnering, and problem-solving skills. Why Consider This Opportunity?
