The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.Duties can include:Cooking and serving mealsCleaning the houseShopping for groceries and suppliesPersonal care assistance like grooming or bathingMedication administrationIndividual goal attainment assistanceCommunity outings and fun activitiesLifesteps offers steady, full-time hours!
