Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Union Gap, WA This position involves providing acute care in a new 8-10 bed emergency department open 24/7. The role requires strong emergency nursing skills, including ventilator management, medication administration, and trauma care, in a small, fast-paced environment with diverse patient types.

Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for clinical interviewing, patient assessment, and emergency care delivery. Support the charge nurse and assist with patient management on a small acute care unit.
• Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Advanced NRP, NIHSS, TNCC certifications; 2 years of ER experience; valid license to practice in Washington; on-site location; 2 years of ER experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, with weekend rotation every other week and every other holiday.
• Additional Information: New hospital orientation (8 hours), respiratory class, and full day on the unit. Must complete and pass Telemetry Competency prior to start. Support includes charge nurse, ED MDER Tech, Front Desk, and Phlebotomy. No float required; no RTs or pharmacy duties.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to start on 10/05/2026 and work until 01/09/2027, with up to 5 days of RTO approved.
