Implement daily routines and schedules to promote consistency. Provide emotional support and guidance to children to enhance their well-being. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and support. Requirements: Previous experience in child care or early childhood education preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children. Background check clearance required. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in child development is a plus. Reliable transportation to and from job locations.
