We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee a team of over 50 employees and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment. This role offers significant growth potential, including promotion to Assistant General Manager and a competitive compensation package with bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and high customer volume efficiently
- Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- Coordinate scheduling to optimize workforce coverage
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain stock levels
- Support execution of promotional and special events
- Maintain strong team leadership fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
