Financial Services Representative (Part Time)

Responsibilities Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices. Provide top‑tier customer service, answering questions, concerns, and product inquiries. Process and prepare loan applications and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Take and process payments, balance assigned cash drawer daily, and prepare daily branch bank deposit. Transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank as needed. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Qualifications Basic computer skills and the ability to demonstrate self‑confidence and organizational skills. A history of showing kindness, compassion, and helping others. Willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Absolute team player, willing to pitch in when needed and accept help. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities.
