Cullman - Mobile Service Technician - Full Time

Job Description

Job Description

Long-Lewis Ford of Cullman is not your average dealership - and this is not your average technician role.

We’re growing one of the region’s most advanced Mobile Service Divisions , and we’re looking for motivated, skilled techs who want something better: more freedom, better pay, and less stress.

Instead of being stuck in a bay all day, you’ll hit the road in a fully equipped service van , providing dealership-quality repairs at homes, job sites, and offices across the area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive a company-provided mobile service van to customer locations

• Perform diagnostics & repairs on a wide range of vehicles (Ford experience = bonus!)

• Deliver exceptional customer service & clear communication

• Work independently while staying connected to our dealership team

• Keep accurate records & maintain high safety and service standards

What’s In It For You?

Top-tier pay - Skilled techs can earn $28+/hour
No shop drama - Work independently, on the move, and on your terms
Your van, your gear - We provide a fully outfitted mobile unit
Full benefits - Medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and more
Training & growth - Access to ongoing Ford & ASE certifications
Real opportunity - Be part of a fast-growing, modern service model
Built-in customer base - No hunting for work or waiting on ROs

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience as a technician (dealership or high-volume shop preferred)

• ASE Certification required (Ford FSA a big plus!)

• Solid diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills

• Great communication and customer service mindset

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Self-starter who thrives on independence and responsibility

Ask Yourself:

• Tired of being micromanaged?

• Want to work on the move instead of stuck in one spot?

• Looking for better pay and real career growth?

If you answered YES, then this is your next move.
