Healthcare Billing & Collections Analyst

Payrate $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Summary The individual in this role will be responsible for leading efforts related to Company’s Health's outstanding invoicing process and collection efforts. They will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure invoice accuracy, monitor payments, and track action items. Additionally, the role involves process improvement, understanding various tools and systems, and identifying core pain points impacting the customer base. The individual will lead workstreams and customer conversations to address root cause issues and improve the end-to-end process flow, ensuring invoices are addressed and customer experience is enhanced. Responsibilities Lead efforts related to Company’s Health's outstanding invoicing and collection processes. Conduct weekly check-ins with Customer Success Managers to ensure invoice accuracy and track action items. Monitor payments and address any discrepancies or issues. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. Understand and utilize various tools and systems to enhance efficiency. Identify and outline core pain points affecting the customer base. Lead workstreams and customer conversations to address root cause issues. Improve end-to-end process flow to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Experience in program management. Background in process improvement. Experience in collections and/or healthcare preferred. Desired Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $23.00 - $24.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
