Providence is calling for Principal Labor Relations Consultant - Full Time, Day, HybridThe Principal LRC will also partner with field HR and the assigned attorney to provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on contract negotiations, contract administration and strike planning to include serving as a strategic thought partner on for local HR and core leaders on business initiative implementation in highly complex labor environments. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
