The Laurel Health Centers are currently seeking a certified registered nurse practitioner to coordinate primary care services in our award-winning, federally qualified practice. You will deliver medical care alongside a team of physicians who will oversee and provide medical supervision. You will provide a broad range of care, beginning with an initial patient consultation and continuing with ongoing care and assessment throughout the clinical relationship.

Education & Experience Requirements:

The candidate must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and/or interact appropriately with the patients served. They must also demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and provide the care needed as described in the department's policy and procedures.

Zero to one year of experience preferred.

• Current, unrestricted PA state nursing license.
  
• Graduate of an accredited master's or post-master's nurse practitioner program.
• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, Board-Certified in Family Medicine

Work Schedule:

• Weekdays (8-5)
