Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.**How You’ll Shine:** The Food & Beverage Supervisor will supervise a team of Food and Beverage associates including cooks, bartenders, cashiers, etc. and will step in when shifts need covered. This role will be exposed to the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets for the resort. This Food and Beverage Supervisor will assist in the following: staffing, inventory controls, compliance, guest services, and employee relations. This role will confirm that all food handling processes are followed at all times along with kitchen safety standards and will perform daily inspections of product and service. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will monitor cashier banks and ensure proper cash handling practices are followed and oversee the proper entering and coding of all invoices and inventory information when food items are received.
