Lead General Dental Assistant
Absolute Dental is seeking an experienced Lead General Dental Assistant to join our growing team! If you're a strong leader with a passion for patient care and team development, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a real impact.
Pay: Up to $28/hour (based on experience)
Incentives: Monthly Bonus + $750 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do
As a Lead Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in both patient care and team leadership:
- Lead and support the dental assisting team
- Assist the dentist during procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, etc.)
- Ensure smooth daily back-office operations
- Train and mentor new dental assistants
- Maintain clinical efficiency and high standards of care
- Oversee sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Manage supplies and inventory
What We're Looking For
2+ years of Dental Assistant experience (lead experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
