Join our Radiology team as an MRI Technologist and play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care through advanced imaging. You'll work with state-of-the-art MRI technology and collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to support accurate diagnosis and exceptional patient experiences.
How you'll contribute
- Perform high-quality MRI examinations by following departmental protocols, professional standards, and safe operation of MRI equipment, including proper patient positioning and parameter selection.
- Review patient histories and provider orders to ensure appropriate imaging, patient safety, and adherence to scope of practice.
- Educate and prepare patients for MRI procedures, promoting comfort, cooperation, and understanding throughout the exam.
- Administer contrast media or medications as ordered, monitor patient conditions during procedures, and respond promptly to any changes.
- Evaluate image quality, make necessary adjustments or repeat scans, document findings accurately, and maintain an organized, clean work environment.
What we're looking for
- Education: Associate's Degree preferred; graduate of an approved imaging program; required.
- Licensure: ARRT certification required; MRI board certification preferred; Arkansas State Radiation Operators License; required.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); required.
- 5 years of MRI experience; preferred

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or stressful environments.
