Monday - Friday

⏰6:00AM to 2:00PM (Overtime as needed)

$16.85 per hour

As an Assembly Associate, you will help build and inspect products in a manufacturing environment while following safety and quality standards.

• Assemble parts and products according to instructions
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery
• Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products
• Inspect products for quality and identify any defects
• Use simple measuring tools and gauges when needed
• Label, mark, and package finished products
• Follow work instructions and supervisor directions
• Record production information accurately
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Help with equipment setup and changeovers as needed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
