You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety regulations are followed. The Kitchen Manager will monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is functioning properly. You will collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
