Truck Driver CDL A Local No Touch Daily

Position Summary Class A CDL Truck Driver – Nashville, TN. Weekly pay $840 per week with an hourly equivalent of $21.00 per hour. Local home daily schedule Monday – Friday, start 8:00 AM. 24/7 roadside maintenance by a Ryder‑trained technician, with fuel support at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide. Route: Shuttle equipment between Ryder customer facilities. Freight: No‑touch, empty trailers for equipment shuttle transfer movement. Responsibilities Safely drive a commercial vehicle in full compliance with safety and DOT regulations. Continuously train and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records and logs. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, agency rules, and company safety policies. Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards. Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. Pass a Ryder drug test, background and motor‑vehicle check, and a DOT physical. Pass a Ryder road test. Provide a valid Class A CDL with required endorsements. Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within past 3 years OR 2 years within past 5 years OR 5 years within past 10 years. Ability to follow written and oral instructions; read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
